How do I apply for alternative arrangements
If you need to apply for alternative arrangements for internal examinations and tests:
- Check your course outline for information about these assessments.
- Complete the Application to Receive Alternative Arrangements for Tests and Internal Examinations form (PDF 143KB).
- Return your application to Disability Information and Support at least 10 days prior to your test or internal examination.
